2010 Citizen of the Year award was a surprise announcement at the Community Education danceline show April 17 at the Sartell High School. Danceline program director Shelly Teff was presented an award after the danceline performance. Chamber representatives Nick Colatrella, Deb Paul and Dave Miller presented a certificate. The Recognition banquet is scheduled for April 29 at Blackberry Ridge.
